Jaffer funnily compares Smith's batting average with Saini after Channel 7 takes a dig at Kohli

Channel 7 had posted a comparison between Virat Kohli and Mitchell Starc.

Former India batter Wasim Jaffer dropped a savage reply to Australia's Channel 7 after they took a dig at Virat Kohli. Their post regarding Kohli's lack of form had upset the Indian cricket fans.

Jaffer is known for his hilarious digs and rib-tickling memes on social media. He often engages in banters with former cricketers and loves to retaliate whenever there's a joke directed at the Indian players.

This time Channel 7 was at the receiving end as they compared Australia fast bowler Mitchell Starc's batting average since 2019 to the India captain in a tweet. "Your stat of the day...", they wrote and mentioned Starc's batting average which is 38.63, and Kohli's average of 37.17.

Jaffer responded to the post and he shared the ODI batting averages of India's Navdeep Saini and Australian star Steve Smith. "ODI Career batting average: Navdeep Saini: 53.50, Steve Smith: 43.34," he tweeted. 

Saini has batted in five innings and he has remained not-out thrice. He has scored 107 runs with a strike rate of 78.10 and his average if 53.50.
