Indian cricket fraternity wishes everyone on Christmas Day

There were tweets from Sachin Tendulkar, Suresh Raina, to VVS Laxman on the occasion of Christmas.

The Indian cricket fraternity on Saturday (December 25) took to Twitter to wish their fans and everyone a Merry Christmas. The festival is celebrated across the world on December 25 to remember the birth of Jesus Christ.

India cricket great Sachin Tendulkar posted a couple of photos, and he was dressed as Santa Claus in one of the pictures. Tendulkar shared the pictures with the caption, "Different years, same feeling! Merry Christmas everyone.????????". 

The all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who is out of the team due to injury, wished his fan happiness and good health on Christmas Day. "Wishing everyone comfort and joy, health and happiness. Merry Christmas to all the people celebrating across the world. ????????????", the tweet read.

Another India cricketer who's not featuring on South Africa tour due to injury, Shubman Gill posted a tweet on the occasion. He asked his fans to spread the message of peace on Christmas.

"Let's spread the message of peace this Christmas season and may the almighty bring joy to your homes, filled with laughter and love. #MerryChristmas," he tweeted.

Former India cricketer Suresh Raina and his family posed with a Christmas tree in the picture. He tweeted, "A joy that is shared is a joy made double. Wishing everyone a merry Christmas ???? #MerryXmas #MerryChristmas."

Apart from Dinesh Karthik and Manoj Tiwary, ex-cricketers like Wasim Jaffer, Gautam Gambhir, VVS Laxman, Aakas Chopra, Ajit Agarkar, and Mohammad Kaif also posted a tweet wishing their fans.
