Peter Siddle-led Adelaide Strikers have won only 1 out of 4 matches in the tournament.

Sydney Sixers registered their fourth win of the Big Bash League (BBL 11) and defeated Adelaide Strikers by 4 wickets, with four balls to spare. They chased down 148 runs in 19.2 overs due to major contributions from Jordan Silk (36 off 24) with the bat.

It was Sean Abbott who won the Player of the Match award for his unbeaten 19 runs and 3/24 with the ball. Adelaide captain Peter Siddle was pretty ordinary when his side came to defend the target. He went wicketless and conceded 40 runs in 3.2 overs.

However, Siddle was still trending on Twitter for his kiss on the cheek to fellow pacer Daniel Worrall. Before loading his run-up, Worrall was having a chat with Siddle when he got a kiss for encouragement.

The BBL handle on Twitter posted the video and wrote, "Love is in the air at the SCG." As it turned out, the encouragement wasn't enough for Worrall to secure a wicket and he also went wicketless like his captain.

Adelaide have won only 1 match out of 4 and they are currently placed at the fourth spot on the points table, while Sydney are at two.
