Former India cricketer Suresh Raina engaged in banter with ex-South Africa cricketer Jonty Rhodes on Sunday (December 19). Raina had posted a picture posing in his car which got a response from Rhodes.
Rhodes jokingly replied that his ride is more comfortable than Raina, and he tweeted a picture sitting on a train. Both the ex-cricketers share a good friendship and the legendary South African fielder is an admirer of Raina for his fielding skills.
“My train seat looks more comfortable than your ride @ImRaina," Rhodes' reply read.
Raina took it sportingly and wrote that he is looking forward to getting on that train with Rhodes someday. He wrote, “I am sure @JontyRhodes8. You totally deserve it. Hope to get on that train with you sometime soon (Raising hands emojis)".
India's veteran spinner Harbhajan Singh also joined the conversation and dropped a picture from his car. He tagged both the ex-cricketers and wrote, "My ride isn’t that bad @JontyRhodes8 @ImRaina (Thumbs up emojis)."
Raina and Harbhajan have played for India together and they have also shared a dressing room in IPL for Chennai Super Kings.
