On Monday (November 29), India's Test and ODI skipper took to Twitter and shared a throwback picture with his predecessor MS Dhoni, which turned the fans nostalgic.

It seems that picture is from the 2019 World Cup campaign in England and Wales, wherein Kohli and Dhoni can be seen walking down the stairs.

“Throwback”, Virat wrote in the caption of the image, which is garnering a lot of attention on the micro-blogging site.

Here are the reactions of the fans:

Virat Kohli wasn’t part of the home T20I series against New Zealand and he is not featuring in the ongoing Kanpur Test as well. The 33-year-old will return to lead the Indian team against the Kiwis in the second Test at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai from December 3.
