Former India cricketer Suresh Raina turned 35 on Saturday (November 27) and fans remembered his contribution to Indian cricket. Apart from fans, Raina's ex-teammates from the Indian cricket team also sent their best wishes on Twitter.

India's batting great Sachin Tendulkar posted a picture with Raina and wrote, "Many happy returns of the day Suresh. Wishing you all the happiness and good health."

Raina, like any other Indian cricketer, is a huge fan of Sachin and he had the privilege of sharing the dressing room with him. The Uttar Pradesh cricketer had met Sachin in 2001 which inspired him to pursue his dream of representing India.

The 35-year-old was at the other end when Sachin scored his 100th international hundred against Bangladesh in 2012.

Veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh also wished Raina on his birthday and posted a picture from IPL when they played for Chennai Super Kings together. "Happy birthday china brother @ImRaina love always ❤️????," he tweeted.

Not an ex-India cricketer, but out-of-favor wicket-keeper batter Dinesh Karthik too wished his friend. He jokingly tweeted a picture of his collision with Raina during the IPL and warned everyone to not be in the way of a 'Running Raina'. "Just a reminder that you shouldn't be in the way of a running Raina ???? Happiest birthday to you @ImRaina," his tweet read.
