India captain and one of the greatest batters of his generation, Virat Kohli turned 33 on November 5, 2021. The Delhi-born cricketer has been one of the most prolific scorers in cricket ever since his debut in 2008 and has been regarded as the best modern batsman by many in all three formats overall.
Kohli currently has 7765 runs in 96 Tests, 12169 runs in 254 ODIs, and 3225 runs in 93 T20I matches and he averages over 50 in all three international formats. He has 70 centuries in total and also boasts of 8 international wickets as well.

These numbers are amazing and to top it, he won the U19 World Cup for India in 2008, was part of India’s 2011 World Cup victory, and has led India to its first bilateral ODI series win in South Africa, and first-ever ODI and Test series win in Australia. He also led India to the semi-finals of the 2019 World Cup. Recently, he beat England at home and enjoys a 2-1 lead in the paused Test series in England.
He will step down as India T20I captain after the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021 and would definitely wish for his reign to finish with an ICC trophy in the cabinet.
