WATCH - Evin Lewis picks his all-time T20 XI; names MS Dhoni as the captain

Evin Lewis picked five Indian cricketers in his all-time T20 XI, and 3 West Indies players.

West Indies batter Evin Lewis picked his all-time T20 XI and named former India skipper MS Dhoni the caption of the team. Lewis, who plays for Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the IPL, was asked by the franchise to share his all-time T20 XI.

Lewis picked three Caribbean, and five Indian cricketers, along with one each from South Africa, Afghanistan, and Australia. He named Chris Gayle and Rohit Sharma for the opening spot.

At the number 3, the West Indies batter picked Virat Kohli, followed by AB de Villiers at number 4. Both the cricketers have been playing together for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL.

Kieron Pollard, who has impressive numbers in the shortest format, was also included in the team. Pollard is among the best T20 players and apart from batting, he also has leadership skill.

But Lewis named Dhoni to lead the team and play as a wicket-keeper of his all-time T20 XI. Andre Russell and Ravindra Jadeja are the two renowned all-rounders in the team.

For the fast bowling attack, the 29-year-old picked Jasprit Bumrah and Mitchell Starc, while Jadeja will be accompanied by the world-class spinner Rashid Khan.
