Indian wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik and his wife Dipika Pallikal, an India squash player, have been blessed with twin baby boys and the sporting couple shared the good news with their followers on social media.

Karthik married Pallikal in 2015 with traditional Hindu and Christian ceremonies. The proud parents also revealed the names of their baby boys -- Kabir Pallikal Karthik and Zian Pallikal Karthik.

“And just like that 3 became 5. Dipika and I have been blessed with two beautiful baby boys, Kabir Pallikal Karthik, Zian Pallikal Karthik and we could not be happier” wrote the cricketer along with two pictures of the whole family.

Pallikal also shared couple of pictures with the same caption on her Twitter account.

Karthik recently played for Kolkata Knight Riders in the second leg of IPL 2021 and before that was seen doing commentary duties in England during the World Test Championship final and India's Test series with the hosts.
