Head coach Ravi Shastri reacted to ex-India captain MS Dhoni's old comments after Team India's win over Australia in the 2007 T20 World Cup. Dhoni had told Shastri, who was a commentator back then, about the article he wrote which labeled Australia as the favorite for the win against them.

Australia were in their dominating phase and Shastri, before the match, felt they have the advantage over India. However, India proved them wrong and Dhoni reminded Shastri of his article after the victory in the semi-final.

"Before I start I should say I read an article by you in Cricinfo. You'd said Australia were the favorites. Today I think me and the boys, we proved you wrong," said Dhoni in the post-match presentation.

ESPNCricinfo shared the moment with fans on Twitter and Shastri reacted to the post. He jokingly said that one doesn't need to believe everything they read on Cricinfo. "Don’t believe everything you read on Cricinfo ???? ????," he tweeted.
