India's off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin turned 35 on Friday (September 17) and wishes poured in for him on Twitter. He is currently in UAE with Delhi Capitals for the upcoming second phase of Indian Premier League (IPL 2021).

India cricket great Sachin Tendulkar posted a tweet on Ashwin's birthday and he is looking forward to seeing him in action during the 2021 T20 World Cup. The offie has made it to India's 15-man squad for the tournament after being away for four years in white-ball cricket.

"Wish you a very happy birthday Ash! Looking forward to see you spin a web during the T20 World Cup. @ashwinravi99," tweeted Tendulkar.

Tamil Nadu captain Dinesh Karthik posted a picture with Ashwin and wrote, "This man doesn't only turn the ball but can also turn into a vlogger & YouTuber at will. Happiest birthday @ashwinravi99 aka Ashley ☺️????."

Apart from Karthik and Tendulkar, Harbhajan Singh, Gautam Gambhir, and even S Badrinath posted tweets for Ashwin on Twitter to wish him. 

Ashwin is currently part of the Delhi Capitals (DC) and they play their first match of the second phase on September 22 against Sunrisers Hyderabad. They are currently on top of the points table in IPL 2021.
