Indian cricketers send best wishes for Indian contingent at Tokyo Olympics 2020

The Indian contingent comprises 67 male and 52 female participants.

Indian cricketers have sent their best wishes to the Indian contingent at Tokyo Olympics 2020. Ravindra Jadeja, KL Rahul, Shubman Gill, and Umesh Yadav posted a tweet while Krunal Pandya shared a video message.

The Indian contingent for the Tokyo Olympics comprises 119 athletes. Their first event will be on July 23 when Atanu Das and Deepika Kumari are going to take part in the Archery Men’s, Women’s Individual Qualification Rounds.

"Wishing all our Indian athletes all the best for the @Tokyo2020 @Olympics Give it your best ???? The whole country is cheering for you. Jai Hind ????????????," wrote Jadeja on Twitter.

Rahul posted, "My best wishes to all our athletes participating in the @Olympics May the tricolour fly high in Tokyo, we are all rooting for you. Good luck ????????".

Olympic medalist Mary Kom and India men’s hockey captain Manpreet Singh will be the flag bearers of the Indian contingent at the Tokyo Olympics opening ceremony.

Gill wrote, "My greetings & best wishes to all the talented athletes participating at the Tokyo Olympics. You have already made India proud. Looking forward to the games. #TeamIndia #Olympics"

Krunal shared BCCI's video featuring him and wished the Indian participants the best for their events. "Come on, India ???????? The entire nation is behind you loud and proud ????", he wrote.
