Former Pakistan all-rounder Abdul Razzaq got slammed on social media for his sexist remarks against Pakistan women's cricketer Nida Dar. Both the cricketers were present as guests on a show for the Neo News channel.

Nida had expressed her passion for sports and how she would still be an athlete if not a cricketer. Razzaq was disrespectful towards Nida while talking about her appearance and passion for sports.

Surprisingly the hosts of the show were laughing as Razzaq kept making absurd comments on the show. "Their field is as such. When they become cricketers, they strive to be as equal as their male counterparts, if not better than them.

"They want to prove that not only men, but they can also do it as well. The feeling [to get married] is gone [by the time they excel. If you shake her hands, you won't even feel she’s a girl,” he said on the show.

Razzaq got rightly lambasted on Twitter for his foolish comments on women in sports. He tried to sound superior but ended up looking like a clown, as Twitterati described.
