Afghanistan cricketer Rashid Khan took MS Dhoni's trademark Helicopter shot to golf. He has often unveiled the famous shot in cricket, but this time Rashid pulled it off with a golf stick in his hands instead of a cricket bat.
The Big Bash League (BBL) official Twitter account posted Rashid's golf shot and the video also featured his Helicopter shot in the Australia-based T20 league.
"The helicopter, but make it golf... @rashidkhan_19 is special!", BBL wrote on Twitter.
Rashid has been in the news lately for his new role in the Afghanistan cricket team. He was named as their T20I captain and the leggie will be leading Afghanistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
Afghanistan won't be playing the qualifiers in Oman for the 2021 T20 World Cup. They have secured a direct place in the main group stage of the tournament after being among the top eight teams in the ICC rankings at the 2018 cut-off date.
They are currently at number seven in the ICC T20I Rankings with 236 rating points. West Indies, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh are at numbers 8, 9, and 10, respectively.
