Australia cricketer Adam Zampa tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend Hattie Leigh Palmer last week in New South Wales. Their wedding was postponed twice due to the COVID-19 last year. 

Zampa was supposed to get married after the conclusion of the IPL but the COVID-19 restrictions forced the couple to postpone the wedding. Now, they have finally got hitched and Twitter can't stop joking about Zampa's teammate Marcus Stoinis.

The bromance of Stoinis and Zampa was viral on social media a couple of years back during the ODI series between Australia and Pakistan. Zampa was seen playing with Stoinis’ hair in the dressing room.

“We are good mates, that sort of stuff gets you through long tours and all that sort of thing. A bit of banter, a bit of laugh. You can’t take yourself too seriously. We have got a good bond in the team and there’s a good group,” Stoinis had said in the viral clip.
