After leading Team India to a historic Test series win on the Australia tour, Rahane recently had a poor outing with the bat at home against England in the four-match series.

Indian cricket team would be hoping for Rahane to find his touch back which will be important to tackle the Kiwi pace attack in Southampton. The WTC final begins from June 18.

India will also play England in a five-match Test series starting August 4. Rahane has played 10 matches (20 innings) in England and scored 556 runs at an average of 29.26, including 4 half-centuries and a hundred.
