BCCI, ICC and R Ashwin wish former India women's coach WV Raman as he turns 56

Former India cricketer and former coach of the Indian Women's team WV Raman is celebrating his 56th birthday today,  Sunday (23rd May). 

WV Raman took over the coaching duties of the India women’s team in December 2018. Under his tenure, Harmanpreet Kaur-led side reached the finals of the T20 World Cup in 2020. 

He was replaced as the coach of the Indian women’s team by former India off-spinner Ramesh Powar, who will begin his tenure when the team will start their UK tour next month.

Wishing on his birthday, the International Cricket Council (ICC), Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), and veteran Indian off-spinner R Ashwin along with many fans took to their Twitter account and wished former India women’s team coach WV Raman.
