India's wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant got himself busy in an interesting task in quarantine to stay active after the Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) got suspended.
Pant took to Twitter to share a video in which he can be seen mowing the lawn. He posted the clip with a funny wordplay and captioned, "Ye Dil Mange "Mower"! Forced quarantine break but happy to be able to stay active while indoors. Please stay safe everyone".
The 23-year-old will soon be in action on England tour for the ICC World Test Championship final (WTC) against New Zealand, followed by five-match series against the hosts.
The WTC final will be played in Southampton from June 18 to 22 with June 23 to be kept as a reserve day. Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has returned to the side after being ruled out due to a finger injury.
Pant is the first choice wicket-keeper for India on England tour and the availability of KL Rahul and Wriddhiman Saha will depend on their fitness, as mentioned by BCCI.
The youngster was leading Delhi Capitals (DC) this season, in the absence of Shreyas Iyer, and they were on top of the table after 8 matches before BCCI decided to suspend the tournament.
