India cricket fraternity wishes the fans on the festival of colors, Holi  

Holi is called the festival of colors and is celebrated by putting colors on one another.

Happy HoliHoli is being widely celebrated across the country today on March 29, it's the festival of colors, a day when you play with colors and welcome happiness into your life.

While is it mainly celebrated by Hindus, the theme is popular across the world and now everyone seems to be catching on to the vibe of Holi.

The celebrations start on the night before with the Holika Dahan, where people perform rituals and pray before a bonfire, signifying the killing of Holika, the sister of the demon king Hiranyakashipu.

The next morning is celebrated as Dhulivandan or the colorful Holi when people apply colors to one another and have fun. Water balloons and water guns are used by children to play with each other. People visit relatives and neighbors and savor sweets and Holi delicacies.

Team India is enjoying the Holi in grand style, given that it came after their ODI series win over England recently.
