Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) congratulated Mumbai Indians (MI) after Jasprit Bumrah tied the knot with Sanjana Ganesan in a private ceremony in Goa on Monday (March 15). 

MI shared pictures of the couple on their official Twitter account. They sent best wishes for the couple and wrote, "Bumrah bowled over by Sanjana ????."

"Here's wishing love, laughter, and a happily ever after for @Jaspritbumrah93 and @SanjanaGanesan ????‍❤️‍???? #OneFamily #MumbaiIndians", they added.

Knight Riders quoted the tweet and wrote 'Badhai ho' tagging Mumbai Indians in the tweet along with the couple.

For those who are wondering what KKR has to do with the wedding, Sanjana, a sports presenter, hosts a weekly show for the Kolkata-based IPL franchise titled 'Knights Club'.

Sanjana was a 2014 Miss India finalist and she also took part in the famous reality show MTV Splitsvilla 7. 

There was no confirmation about Bumrah and Sanjana's relationship before the India pacer himself posted a picture on social media from their wedding. Although fans had started to speculate about it few days before the news of Bumrah's wedding.
