Former India cricketer Virender Sehwag slammed a 35-ball 80* for India Legends in the opening game of Road Safety World Series 2021. The innings came against Bangladesh Legends to chase down a target of 110 runs in just 10.1 overs.
Sehwag, who came out to open with Sachin Tendulkar, smashed ten fours and five sixes while batting at a strike-rate of 228.57. His batting partner Sachin added an unbeaten 33 from 26 balls in the total.
Yuvraj Singh, who's also part of the India Legends, shared a picture with Sehwag on Instagram. He called the man of the moment a lion in the post.

Sehwag responded to the post and thanked him. He also reminded Yuvraj to gear up as they are facing England Legends next, against whom the southpaw loves to score.
Yuvraj may not have got to bat against Bangladesh Legends, but he bowled three overs and picked up 2 wickets. He dismissed opener Nazimuddin on 49 and Hannan Sarkar for just 3 runs. The 39-year-old was also involved in the run-out of Abdur Razzak with Naman Ojha.
