Former India cricketer VVS Laxman called a catch from back in 2004 as his best one in his entire career. It was a match between India and Zimbabwe in the 2004 VB series.
Laxman had put on a dive on his right in the slip cordon to take a catch of Zimbabwe batsman Travis Friend. He had to show fast reflexes as the ball came sharply towards him after Friend edged the ball of Ajit Agarkar's delivery.
Quoting a tweet that had the video of the catch, Laxman wrote, "Has to be the best catch I took in my career."
Laxman may never forget this match because of his score as well. He had smashed 131 runs in the match which is his highest score in ODI cricket.
India had set a target of 281 runs in the match and they went on to win it by just 3 runs. Agarkar had picked up three wickets in the match which saw a nail-biting finish.
