Indian captain Virat Kohli is set to become a father very soon, as his wife Anushka Sharma is expected to deliver their first child in early January 2021. The batting superstar recently left the tour of Australia to be back home for the arrival of his child.
Kohli led India in the pink-ball Test at Adelaide which India lost by 8 wickets after being blown away for 36 in their second innings after dominating play on the first two days. It was already decided that he would be with the team only for the first Test, with Ajinkya Rahane leading the team for the final three Tests on the tour.
India made a remarkable comeback in the second Test at Melbourne, winning by 8 wickets in three and half days to level the series 1-1. Kohli was the first to congratulate Rahane and the team for a historic win to end 2020 on a happy note.

Now back home, Kohli on Wednesday (December 30), went on a liking spree on Instagram as his pregnant wife Anushka proudly flaunted her baby bump in pictures from a recent photoshoot with Vogue. Kohli also commented on one of the pictures and wrote 'beautiful' with comments also flowing in from several Bollywood stars.
