India batsman Mayank Agarwal recalled his Test debut against Australia a couple of years back on Boxing Day Test at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). He tweeted pictures from the debut Test match on his official account.

Agarwal said the moment was special to represent India, something which he always dreamed of. He added that the moment when he received the Test cap was very emotional for him.

"For a kid, who always harboured dreams of representing his country, I had a lot of emotions running through my mind after receiving the test cap.", he wrote.

"The memory of walking out to bat at the MCG hasn't sunk in yet. A memory I'll cherish forever!", the caption on the post further read.

Agarwal had a good debut with the bat as he scored 76 and 42 runs in the match. India went on to win the match by 137 runs and it was their first Boxing Day Test win in Australia.
