Bangladesh's senior cricketer Mushfiqur Rahim is making headlines because of his on-field antics. This time it's not because of some comical dance moves or his batting, but for threatening his teammate on the ground.

The incident happened during the Bangabandhu T20 Cup eliminator match between Beximco Dhaka and Fortune Barishal. It was the 17th over of Barishal's innings when batsman Afif Hossain tried to play the short ball off Shafiqul Islam over the short fine leg fielder.

Unfortunately, Afif couldn't connect the ball well and ended up giving an easy catch to Dhaka captain Rahim.

But what followed after the catch was shocking. Rahim threatened to hit Nasum Ahmed for not moving away from his place after he called for the catch.

The 26-year-old Nasum didn't know how to react after his captain began yelling at him on the field, while other players celebrated. It was a disgraceful act by such a senior cricketer against a newbie.

Dhaka ended up winning the match by 9 runs after Afif got out on 35-ball 55. His stay in the middle could have changed the result for Barishal.
