Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma are setting couple goals higher and higher with each social media post and the latest one shared by the soon-mom-to-be actress among the best.

Anushka is all set to become a mother next month and the actress is enjoying and making the most of every moment. Well, she is one of the fittest actresses in the town and still in great shape even during the advanced stage of her pregnancy, thanks to her constant workout and yoga.

She is continued with her yoga routine during pregnancy, barring a few difficult asanas and her latest Instagram post featuring Kohli was a major couple goal for their fans and followers, as she is seen performing a headstand (Shirshasana) with the help from her cricketer husband.

On Tuesday, December 1, mom-to-be Anushka shared a throwback photo performing the shirshasana on her Instagram handle, stressing the importance of yoga during pregnancy on a long note.

In the picture, Anushka is seen standing on her head with her legs up in the air, balancing her whole body on her head as she pulled off the Shirshasana effortlessly with Kohli being the perfect husband seen helping his pregnant wife perform the asana with her growing baby bump.

Sharing the throwback picture, Anushka wrote: “This exercise is 'hands-down' (and legs up) the most difficult one. Throwback. PS - As yoga is a big part of my life, my doctor recommended that I can do all such asanas that I was doing before I was pregnant, barring twists and extreme forward bends, but of course with the appropriate and required support.”

However, the Actress said she practiced yoga under proper supervision and guidance, special help from her husband. She added, “For the Shirshasana, which I have been doing for many years, I ensured that I used the wall for support and also my very able husband supporting my balance, to be extra safe. This was also done under the supervision of my yoga teacher Eefa Shroff who was virtually with me through this session. I'm so glad I could continue my practice through my pregnancy.”
