Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans members paid tribute to the former Australia cricketer Dean Jones ahead of the qualifier match of PSL 2020. Jones passed away following a massive cardiac arrest in Mumbai during IPL in September.
Jones was the head coach of Karachi Kings after coaching Islamabad United, who won two titles under him. Wasim Akram has currently taken the charge of Karachi.

Before the first playoffs match, the players stood in the shape of a 'D' to pay their homage to Jones, who passed away at the age of 59. "Forever in Our hearts, Deano...", read the message on the big screen.
A cut-out of Jones was also placed near the dug-out of Karachi Kings throughout the match, which Karachi won by 4 runs in super over.
