WATCH- “Thank for your wishes and concern,” Kapil Dev shares a message for his well-wishers

Kapil underwent emergency angioplasty in Delhi after suffering a heart attack.

Kapil Dev said that he was feeling fine and healthy Former India captain and one of the greatest all-rounders of all time, Kapil Dev has shared a video message for his fans and lovers in which he has thanked all of them for their love and concern.

The 1983 World Cup winner was hospitalized a few days ago (Oct 23) after suffering from a heart attack and had to undergo an emergency angioplasty procedure at the Fortis Escorts Heart Institute (Okhla Road).

The 61-year-old had a video message for his fans in which he looked completely fine and healthy. Journalist Vikrant Gupta shared the message on his Twitter account Kapil is seen conversing well, saying that he wishes to meet his fans and will try to do so once the COVID-19 pandemic threat subsidizes.

Kapil Dev played 131 Tests and 225 ODIs in his illustrious career from 1978-1994. While he scored 5248 runs and claimed 434 wickets in the longest format, he made 3783 runs and picked up 253 scalps in ODIs. He was the first Indian to score a century in ODIs and in World Cup and his 175* against Zimbabwe in the 1983 World Cup is still deemed as perhaps the best counter-attacking innings ever.
