Former Caribbean batsman Marlon Samuels has reignited his rivalry with England all-rounder Ben Stokes by uploading an expletive-laden message on his Instagram story.
Samuels lashed out at Stokes and made it clear that he was not pleased with the latter’s recent joke about him.
Highlighting the demands of quarantining, Stokes recently quipped that he wouldn't wish the process on his "worst enemy" Marlon Samuels.
However, Stokes’ comment didn’t go down well with Samuels as the West Indian called the English cricketer a “b****”, followed by further derogatory remarks.
“no white boy could diss me in the sports and no get back diss look at this b*tch still thinking about me give me 14 days with you wife turn har into Jamaican in 14 seconds mate none of yall knows me that simple means it’s my f***ing superior skin tone,” Samuels wrote on his Instagram story.
Notably, Ben Stokes had to remain confined in hotel rooms of Auckland and Dubai in recent months as part of the travelling protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He served 14-day isolation after arriving in New Zealand in August to be with his ailing father Ged, who is battling cancer.
Stokes was then forced to quarantine for six days upon reaching UAE to feature in the Indian Premier League (IPL) for Rajasthan Royals (RR).
