Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor got praised by India cricketer Suresh Raina for his cover drive shot. Shahid posted a video from his cricket training on Thursday which got Raina's attention.
Shahid is preparing for his upcoming movie 'Jersey', which is a remake of a Telugu film with the same name. The story of the movie is about a 36-year-old guy who aspired to become a cricketer but took a ten-year break and then restarts his career with an aim to play for the Indian team.

Posting the video on Instagram, the actor wrote, "Early mornings.. wake up with drive. ????". Fans in the comment section were impressed with his body posture while playing the shot and the sound of the bat.
Raina commented on the video and mentioned that Shahid's head position was really good. He also sent his best wishes to him. "Superb cover drive man, with great head position. Best wishes always", wrote the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batsman.
Raina is currently not with his IPL team for the ongoing tournament. He had pulled out of the league before the start of the season because of personal reasons.
