India captain Virat Kohli is arguably the world's best batsman in the current age. His consistency over the years has made him nearly unmatchable. For someone being so good, needs to keep a check on their weapon.

Kohli takes care of his bats and treats them with care. He posted a video of himself while getting rid of some extra centimeters on the bat for a better experience.

"It's the small details that matter.", he wrote. Any batsmen need to have the ideal weight and size of the bat (within restrictions) for maximum output.

"For me, even a couple of centimeters are crucial for the balance of a bat. I LOVE taking care of my bats," added the India skipper.

Kohli has 7240 runs in Test cricket, and 11867 in ODIs with 27 and 43 hundreds respectively. Even in T20I format, the 31-year-old doesn't lack behind. He has scored 2784 runs and interestingly, Virat has a 50+ average in all the three formats.
