Indian cricketers wished their fans on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, also known as Vinayaka Chaturthi. From Indian captain Virat Kohli to former India captain Sachin Tendulkar, they all took to the micro-blogging site to share their messages.
Ganesh Utsav is the most celebrated festival in Western India. It lasts for ten days and people come together on the auspicious occasion.

But the celebration won't be the same this year because of COVID-19 pandemic and devotees will have to take care of the social distancing. But it doesn't affect their enthusiasm for the festival and devotion for Lord Ganesha.
Kohli wished for the safety of all in this difficult time and wrote, "May Lord Ganesha protect us in these difficult moments. ???? Wishing you a Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. Stay safe and have a great day with your loved ones.✨".
Virender Sehwag posted a picture sitting near an idol of Lord Ganesha in his tweet. Yuvraj also clicked a picture while praying to remove all the obstacles on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
