India spinner Kuldeep Yadav has started intense workout before the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. He posted a video clip of his gym session on Instagram with fans.
Kuldeep used battling ropes to increase the power, flexibility, and endurance of the full body. It takes a lot of strength to do the rope training and he was doing it in full flow.

His teammate Shikhar Dhawan responded to the video. He jokingly told Kuldeep to calm down and added that his family would agree for marriage with whoever he likes.
“Bhai maan jaayengey gharwale teri pasand ke liye tu yeh sab nah kar,” Dhawan commented on the post. Including the fans, Kuldeep also had a laugh about it.
The Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) bowler wants to be at his best when IPL 2020 kicks off. Kuldeep hasn't had a good outing in limited-overs cricket lately. He would like to use IPL as a platform to gain his confidence back.
