Team India hasn't played cricket since their tour to New Zealand in February. They were scheduled to play an ODI series against South Africa at home, but it got cancelled because of COVID-19 pandemic. Since then BCCI has postponed bilateral white-ball series with Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe and England for the same reason.
Although cricket in England has already begun, Indian cricket fans are missing action at home. Now, even Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif wants cricket to return as soon as possible.

But looking at the current situation, it looks very tough for cricket to happen in India. Even the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 is going to be played in UAE.
Katrina shared a picture of her holding a cricket bat. The actress posted the picture on Instagram and said she misses playing cricket. "Missing Cricket ???? always ready to play ????????♀️properly attired or no ????," she wrote.
Last year, Katrina had posted a video where she was playing a cricket match on the set of Bharat.
