Shahid Afridi gets slammed on Twitter for calling India lucky against him in World Cup clashes

Afridi picked up only one wicket in four ODI World Cup encounters against India.

Former Pakistan all-rounder Shahid Afridi got criticized on Twitter for calling India 'lucky' after a fan pointed out his terrible record against arch-rivals in World Cup history. He couldn't really perform against India with either bat or ball in those games.

In the four matches of the ODI World Cup, he scored 6, 9, 19, and 22. Even in T20 World Cup, Afridi was part of three matches where he could only add a duck, 8, and 8.

After asked about his performance on what was the reason behind his complete failure at the crucial stage, Afridi replied, "I think the Indian team was lucky".
