AB de Villiers-led side Eagles won the new format of cricket, 3TC Solidarity Cup. The format created a lot of buzz because of its complex rules and unique structure.

Fans were excited to watch De Villiers playing after a long time and he didn't disappoint them by scoring 61 runs from just 24 balls, while Markram added a score of 70 from 33 balls.

Eagles scored 160/4 across the two halves of six overs each which was enough to defeat Kingfishers and Kites. Twitter loved watching De Villiers smashing bowlers like he usually does.
