While the international cricket resumed with the ongoing Test match between England and West Indies in Southampton, Team India are yet to hit the ground running with a proper camp in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Even though there is no clarity about India’s next fixture yet, top cricketers are slowly but steadily getting back to training.

On Saturday (July 11), Indian fast bowlers Ishant Sharma and Umesh Yadav united for a "great workout session" in Delhi. The duo also posted pictures and videos from their training sessions on Instagram.
In the video, Ishant and Umesh can be seen doing slow sprints in a lush green park.
"Guess who joined me for a great workout session today?" Ishant captioned his pictures and video.
In a separate video uploaded by Umesh Yadav, the speedster can be seen running with weights tied to his body.
"Felt great to get some training done in the park. With belief one can achieve one's goal," Umesh wrote alongside his video.
Before featuring in a competitive match, cricketers will have to regain an optimum level of fitness so that their bodies are ready to go through the grind and take the kind of workload international athletes are expected to endure.
Recently, Rohit Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara and Mohammad Shami also took to social media and shared photos, videos of their outdoor training.
