WATCH: "We shall not give up!" Sachin Tendulkar wants India to stay fit during COVID-19 lockdown

India cricket great Sachin Tendulkar shared a simple skipping exercise with his fans to maintain fitness in the lockdown. It is important for the people to not neglect their fitness while gyms all the country is still not open yet.

A few easy exercises at home can keep the body active and mind working. Sachin knows it and he wants his fans to follow him.

"This #Lockdown has been tough for everyone but we shall not give up. Let's #KeepMoving and keep ourselves fit and healthy," Tendulkar said.

The former India cricketer has shared positive videos on his social media accounts over the last month's period. While people are going through mental problems in lockdown, small things can make a difference.

Sachin was seen cooking for his family, giving himself a haircut, spending time with friends in his garden. He also shared the importance of taking care of our parents on social media.  

"The unconditional love, support and attention that our parents showered on us as we were growing up laid our foundation as individuals. In my life too, the support and guidance from my parents helped me become the person I am today.

"In these challenging times, our parents need us more than ever. It's our responsibility to take care of them & even more so now during these tough times," Tendulkar had posted.
