When social media saw #DhoniRetires trending, it was time for fans to unite and give it back to the rumormongers. Fans started trending #DhoniNeverTires on Twitter after the hoax of his retirement was spread all across the social media.
Even Dhoni's wife Sakshi had to come out and slam those who are spreading fake news. Although she soon deleted the tweet and felt it's better to ignore such negative trends.

The official account of Chennai Super Kings (CSK) gave a push to the #DhoniNeverTires trend by tweeting on it. "A tale that gives the fairies some goosebumps! #ThirumbiVandhutomnuSollu #DhoniNeverTires ????????," they wrote sharing a picture.
Fans soon joined with their favorite pictures and videos of Dhoni to counter the fake trend on former India captain's retirement.
The 38-year-old has not opened up on his retirement and with no cricket in the last two months, there is still no clarity on his future with the Indian team.
