WATCH- Pakistan's Azhar Ali to auction his jersey and bat to raise funds for COVID 19 fight

Pakistan Test skipper Azhar Ali has put two of his favorite belongings, his ODI jersey and the bat he used when he smashed the first-ever triple century in a day-night Test against West Indies to raise funds for the fight against Coronavirus pandemic.

He announced about this in a video which he posted on Twitter on Tuesday (28 April). In this video, he revealed that the ODI jersey was from Champions Trophy 2017 in which the Pakistani side beat India in the finals.

Earlier, Indian skipper Virat Kohli and South African batsman AB de Villiers have put their kits from the 2016 IPL match against Gujarat Lions to raise funds in this battle against Coronavirus.

The Indian batsman KL Rahul, on the other hand, has raised almost Rs 8 lakh by auctioning his signed 2019 World Cup kit to help the vulnerable children.
