Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, commonly known as the coronavirus, everyone across the globe is advised to maintain personal hygiene by washing hands regularly, not touching face, mouth or eyes to stop the spread of this pandemic.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has also advised everyone to stay indoors and step outside only if it is necessary.

The England cricketer James Anderson came up with an innovative way to train while staying indoors. In his recent Instagram post, the pacer was seen lifting a couple of girls as if they were a couple of weights and captioned it, “The girls are more than happy to help me train at home.”

Because of this recent coronavirus outbreak, all the cricketing activities were affected like a lot of tours were canceled, even the IPL was postponed while some tournaments like PSL (Pakistan Super League) were played behind closed doors.
