RSWS 2020: Fans relive their childhood as Sachin and Sehwag put up a show at Wankhede Stadium

Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag came out to open for India Legends in Road Safety World Series.

The first match of the Road Saftey World Series was played between India Legends and West Indies on Saturday. So many legends came out to play and it was enough for the fans to go gaga over the match. 

India fans were hit hard by nostalgia when Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag came out to bat together. Chasing 151, Sehwag started the innings with a boundary, just like good old days.

Sachin's placements and delicacy with the bat kept the Wankhede crowd on toes. The duo put on a partnership of 83 runs for the first wicket. Sachin was dismissed on 36 runs, while Sehwag went on to become the highest scorer of the match with unbeaten 74 runs off 57 balls.

Fans on social media were following the game and they had a similar reaction to the crowd watching the action live from the stadium. India Legends won the match by 7 wickets, with 10 balls remaining in the match.
