Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Wriddhiman Saha has become became father of a second child, as the veteran cricketer welcomed a baby boy to his family recently.
Saha and his wife Romi Mitra – who are already proud parents of a cute girl, have been blessed with a baby boy and the cricketer made the announcement late on Friday (March 6).

Taking to Twitter on Friday, Wriddhiman shared the good news with his fans and he also shared a picture of the little one. He captioned the post: “Our little bundle of joy has arrived! Me, Romi and big sister Anvi are ecstatic to welcome our little baby boy into this world.”
On the cricketing field, the 35-year-old recently returned from the New Zealand tour, though, he didn’t get the chance to play in India’s 0-2 drubbing in the Test series and the decision to drop the veteran for young Rishabh Pant was criticized by many former greats like Farokh Engineer, Sandeep Patil, and Nayan Mongia – who were all critical of the decision.
Saha will be next seen in action in the Ranji Trophy 2020 final for Bengal against Saurashtra as his state team is looking for their first trophy since 1989/90 season.
