Time and fate are not going in favor of Rishabh Pant since getting pinged on the head during the Australia ODI series at home. He had already lost his place in the Test team to Wriddhiman Saha, who returned after a year from his shoulder injury.

After suffering a concussion, Pant was replaced by KL Rahul in the Indian team as the wicketkeeper as well and his satisfactory performance with the gloves meant that he continued to do so in the limited-overs series in New Zealand as well. Rahul is already in the form of his life with the bat and hence Pant couldn’t manage to find a game in the eight that were played between the two sides.

Meanwhile, with KL Rahul opening the innings, keeping wickets and even captaining the team when stand-in captain Rohit Sharma was unable to take the field in the fifth T20I, memes started flowing on social media on what things KL Rahul might do in future apart from almost doing everything on the field.

Now recently, he posted a photo with the daughter of Star Sports' presenter Jatin Sapru in his arms on Twitter and users went mad bringing in Rishabh Pant into the conversation and had a lot of fun.

If you might remember, Rishabh Pant was dubbed ‘babysitter’ by Australian captain Tim Paine during the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2018-19, amidst the banter between the two keepers. Pant even posted for a photo with Paine’s kids and his wife and social media had a fun day.

Now with KL Rahul posing with a child, Twitterverse feel Pant’s job as a babysitter is also in danger.
