KL Rahul would cherish the second ODI against Australia at Rajkot for long. The innings gave Rahul a new identity as a finisher. Although the conditions were easy, and the situation wasn't tensed, his innings still got appreciation because of the beautiful presentation of shots. He looked effortless in the innings and at no point in the knock, Rahul looked like getting stuck.
Rahul's flamboyant 80, at a strike rate of 154, batting in a new role at No. 5 got him Man of the Match. He was also asked to keep wickets as a full-time keeper in absence of Rishabh Pant. The Karnataka cricketer did a good job with gloves too.

After the win, Rahul, who was filled with joy, took to Instagram and shared pictures from the second ODI. The post saw Bollywood star Ranveer Singh's comment.
But what fans loved the most was Athiya Shetty's comment. She posted a heart emoji on the post. As per reports, Rahul and Athiya are dating.
India and Australia will face each other in the series decider at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru on Sunday.
