South African cricketer Tabraiz Shamsi left fans surprised when he pulled out a magic trick after dismissing Wihan Lubbe in a Mzansi Super League match between Paarl Rocks and Durban Heat.

Shamsi took out a piece of cloth and waved it to the crowd before magically turning it into a wand. It was in celebration of the wicket of Miller. Fans are calling it the best wicket celebration ever in the history of cricket. Shamsi has done it before as well.

Those who don't know, the Proteas spinner has a major interest in magic. He used to practice tricks until 16-17 years before completely dedicating himself to cricket.

He said, "I have always been fascinated by magic and different tricks. From the age of about 15 or 16, I wanted to become a magician as it was a hobby of mine," Shami had said in a show. Entertaining on the field is just my way of taking the pressure off myself and being able to enjoy things. I feel like when I am myself, I am able to play my best cricket."
