Starc has a self-note on his wrist band to keep himself going even during tough bowling spells.

Australia pacer Mitchell Starc loves to bowl fast and destroy the batsman and their stumps. There is a reason why Starc is known for wiping the tail with ease. He has the pace and the accuracy to give his opponent no chance to collect free runs in the end. It often turns out to be vital in a neck-to-neck competition.

Starc makes sure he keeps himself motivated in the hectic Test cricket through a self-written message. During the day-night Test match against Pakistan, the Aussie speedster was spotted wearing a wrist band which with a note on it. The note read, "F it! Bowl fast."

It often gets frustrating for a bowler to continue when the batsman is set and aren't giving away their wickets. Bowling long dry spells may not ignite the fire inside. Starc knows it very well and the message on his wrist band does help him.

In the Adelaide Test against Pakistan, Starc went on to pick a six-for in the first innings. He picked one in the second innings when Pakistan was five down on 181. 

Not to forget his performance in the first Test where Starc bagged 7 wickets in the match. The pacer has been Australia's lifeline with the ball.
