Calls for justice grew stronger on social media for veterinary doctor Priyanka Reddy, who was brutally raped and murdered by setting ablaze on Thursday (November 28) morning.

Report claims that the killers gained Priyanka’s confidence before assaulting her on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru National Highway.

After the incident, netizens trended the hashtags #RIPPriyankaReddy and #JusticeForPriyankaReddy on Twitter with hundreds of posts calling for capital punishment for the culprit.

Indian cricket fraternity too condemned the heinous crime and demanded justice for Priyanka Reddy.
