India cricketer Suresh Raina turned 33 on Wednesday. The first Indian to score a hundred in all three formats received birthday wishes from the cricket fraternity on Twitter. His fans even started a trend for him on social media.
Raina last donned the national team jersey last year in July against England. He was part of India's World Cup 2011 and 2015 squads. The cricketer may not be a regular feature in team India but he still has a lot of fans.
The 33-year-old has a good fanbase in South India because of his loyalty to Chennai Super Kings. A video had gone viral in which the whole stadium had erupted in joy when Raina walked out for practice at Chepauk.
Apart from his friends, BCCI had also posted a video for Raina in which he can be seen singing Kishore Kumar's hit song, Yeh Sham Mastani. "Here's wishing @ImRaina a very happy birthday. May your birthday be as joyous as this joyful song ????," they wrote.

The southpaw had recently expressed his desire to make a comeback in the side. Raina feels he can deliver when the team needs him for the upcoming T20 World Cup in 2020.
