India wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant is celebrating his 22nd birthday today (October 4). Having made his Test debut against England last year, Pant has established himself as a leading glovesman in red-ball cricket.
The southpaw has already scored two Test tons outside the subcontinent – the only Indian keeper batsman to do so. Considering the amount of talent he has, Pant is soon expected to find his feet in limited-overs cricket as well.
In 11 Tests thus far, Rishabh has aggregated 754 runs at an impressive average of 44.35 with two hundreds and as many fifties. He has also taken 51 catches behind the stumps and affected 2 stumpings.

As MS Dhoni opted to take a break after the World Cup 2019, Pant has been a regular feature in India’s white-ball team. He has represented India in 12 ODIs and 20 T20Is so far.
